River Black Water Inn is a rural characteristic property. The property dates back 177 years and was a former hunting lodge. Guests find it quite quirky. It has beautiful views towards the River Black Water with Ben Wyvis in the distance. We are situated between Dingwall and Ullapool on A835 near to NC500. where you can view the rural landscape and maybe spot Deer or Red Kites. Although we are on a busy road we are very quiet in the evening.

River Black Water Inn has two ensuite bedrooms. one bedroom has an extra fold up bed so can accomodate a family of three. These rooms are on the second floor giving you the best view of the river.
Restaurant & cafe
The Restaurant & Cafe is open from 8 am to 8 pm and serves a variety of meals and snacks. Food can be served in the large conservatory again with great views of the river
Bar
The bar is open from 10 am to 10 pm serving soft drinks to a selection of Whiskeys.

There are plenty of places to visit including climbing Ben Wyvis, Rogie Falls, Corrieshalloch Gorge and several Whiskey Distilleries in the area.
We accept cyclists, motorcyclists, hikers, campervans, motorhomes, tourists and holiday makers. We are here to make your experience enjoyable and relaxing.
